75 g Butter, melted
120 g Sugar
1 large egg
1/2 tsp Baking soda
205 g All-purpose flour
2 tbsp Homemade Mixed Berry compote, for swirling

- Preheat your oven to 175Β°C (347Β°F). Grease and line a loaf pan with parchment paper to prevent sticking.
- Mash the bananas until smooth and creamy in a large mixing bowl.
- Stir in the melted butter, blending well to create a rich, moist base.
- Whisk in the sugar and egg, ensuring the mixture turns light and smooth.
- Sprinkle in the baking soda in the flour, stirring just enough to distribute evenly.
